Media Friendly

It’s an exciting time to be releasing our first blog, as it coincides with our first HR forum breakfast seminar.  Excited, no less, because we have the pleasure of Rachel Friend hosting our event.  

Rachel currently runs her own media consulting business – Media Friendly - and has had a successful career spanning tv and journalism.    

The theme driving this event will revolve largely around the ‘Personal Branding’ concept. We wanted to put a different spin on the usual corporate OD positioning of Personal Branding by involving someone from outside of the HR industry, but with relevant skills and expertise. Our research uncovered a fascinating spectrum of what this concept means to different businesses and how it can actually be utilised by high potential HR Professionals.  

Rachel will be facilitating the forum, drawing on her career in the media industry and translating this into a practical application of how to more effectively manage and leverage how you are perceived in the workplace.  

Our agenda is very simple: We are passionate about offering other value added services over and above recruitment and maintaining our networks; Rachel is keen to see if her corporate proposition resonates with the HR community and if so, will look to extend this workshop into a more bespoke offering for individual businesses based on their specific requirements.
