Internal Recruitment Consultants

Located in WA & VIC, 12 month contract, part-time

A global energy business is looking to source two part-time Internal Recruiters for Victoria and Western Australia.  Both positions are full end-to-end recruitment roles where you will be involved in briefings with stakeholders and planning sourcing strategies.  You will sit in on first-round interviews, carry out all administration throughout the process and complete with reference checking.  You would recruit for opportunities across the business, ranging from a receptionist through to GM, sales or engineers.  

Previous experience in agency as well as internal or RPO is preferred as would a background in recruiting for technical positions.  Each position is a 12 month contract and part-time, approximately 20-25 hours per week with flexibility on days.  Both positions are to start as soon as possible.

Recruitment Team Leader - Government

We are looking to source a Recruitment Team Leader for this prestigious government department based in Sydney.  The role will play a significant part in identifying and attracting staff to the business and will look at the current EVP and retention strategies. You will lead a team of four recruiters and will provide operational management and strategic input to recruitment processes and methodologies.

To be considered for this opportunity you will be degree educated and have significant experience in recruitment, with an autonomous approach.  Stakeholder engagement is key to your success and you must be able to demonstrate experience of managing challenging business partners.  Additionally you will have proven experience in leading people. It would be advantageous having some understanding of government procedures however this is not essential.

Human Resources Advisor

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources are required, along with a proven track record in delivering hands on HR support.  An understanding of issues as they relate to the mining and resources industry will be highly valued.

Senior Human Resources Advisor – 18 Month Contract

  • Based in Mackay, North Queensland
  • Salary Package circa $140K
  • Would consider a FIFO solution

A significant player within Queensland’s transport and logistics industry, our client is a progressive and people centric business operation. This 18 month contract is primarily responsible for developing, overseeing and implementing the People Management Practices Strategy and is required to operate with a Business Unit wide frame of reference. A significant challenge of the position is operating in an evolving environment where there is a requirement to identify strategic initiatives and provide recommendations aligned to best practice. A major focus of the position is the development and evaluation of the strategic organisational framework that will ensure all employees are selected, retained and developed.

The role requires a depth of technical expertise in order to progress people management strategies and coach and mentor others in Human Resource Management theory and practice. Highly developed interpersonal skills are also required, as the position negotiates and influences strategic direction. The successful candidate will also possess: tertiary qualifications in HR, commercial working knowledge of contemporary HR principals and practices with the ability to deliver practical solutions and importantly a sound understanding of IR processes and structures.

Senior Learning & Development Advisor

Directly engaged with the senior management team; this position offers a balance of operational delivery with the development of a strategic L&D framework. Business unit focused, the responsibilities will include planning, creating and delivering training and development programs.

The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in HR, education or training and have completed a Certificate IV in TAA. In addition; you will possess relevant L&D experience including development of capability frameworks, excellent knowledge of training principles, eLearning and demonstrating leadership capability is essential. The team is focused on retaining an expert who echoes their passion for L&D, has an open communication style and can clearly articulate quality in their delivery.
